The BritZa Times: Dancing Through the Headlines
On May 12-13th, 2023 we journeyed from the front page through comics, classifieds, entertainment and other classic sections of the newspaper. BritZa's annual dance performance at the Washington Pavilion was an extreme success.
After countless hours of choreography, practice, planning, and practicing again our students put on an unforgettable show. The performance featured ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop, musical theater, contemporary, lyrical, and pointe. The 43 musical numbers starred students from Pre-K to High School Seniors.
The Spring performance is always a collaborative effort and this year was no different.
What we do at BritZa couldn’t be possible without the dedication of our students, parents, volunteers and staff. Once again, thank you!
This year we had a photographer behind the scenes of the dress rehearsal and first performance to capture some of these memorable moments for us. Students and families are now able to view and purchase these images! A few things to remember: due to the dynamic lightning, fast paced nature of the performances, and the dancers position on stage not every student is included in the gallery. To protect the privacy of our students the images are watermarked in the image previews and the gallery does require a password which has been emailed out to the parents/students who participated in the show.
